    I would not recommend. I found it to be very bitter.

    Of all the betterMD hot meal options, this is my least favorite. I ate all 7 packets in the box but needed to “doctor” it up quite a bit. I added canned diced tomatoes, garlic powder and Italian seasoning, then served it over spaghetti squash.

    I was not a fan! I have tried a few of the hot meal items and this one was gross. I ended up tossing them because I just could not handle the taste. I much prefer the Nacho Cheese or the Creamy Chicken Pasta.
