I love the soups for a salty option. This one is my favorite. It heats up well and the consistency is good if mixed thoroughly. I recommend whirring it in a personal blender to get it good and mixed, otherwise it can get a little chunky.

I was disappointed in this soup. I found that it did not mix well. It also did not have much flavor to it. I thought it was much thinner than in the picture as well.

This soup became my go to for dinner when I was using 5 supplements per day. To prevent this soup from clumping I add it to hot water and quickly whisk it. I dress it up by adding cooked vegetables directly to it. I like to sauté baby portabella, onion and baby spinach and add that to a hot bowl of this soup. Another favorite of mine is to add cooked collard greens with onion and seasoning to a bowl of this soup.

It was a bit hard to get all of the lumps out with a spoon so i whisked it and that helped some. I really liked the flavor. I had broccoli on the side and ended up using the soup like a sauce. I’ll definitely be getting more.

Great lunch option ! use BOILING water from teapot and mix with a small wisk. I add a little brown rice and a few cut up green beans to add texture while still keeping it on the low end of calorie intake !

I was hoping that this soup would be a good alternative, however it was not. After mixing it up it still tasted like powder. I may have to add something to it to make it taste good.

Is good, good way to get more vegetables.

This soup is a great choice for when you can’t face another shake, or you just want something warm. It has a pleasant, bland flavor and is a nice contrast to the sweet shakes.
The trick here to avoid clumping is to add the boiling water *slowly,* and mixing it thoroughly before adding more. Start by adding enough water to mix it into a paste, then add a little more water, adding more only when the water you just added is fully incorporated. It takes a minute longer but leads to a far better texture!

The creamy chicken pasta isn’t my favorite, so I was concerned I might not love the soup either, but was really hoping I’d like it because it’s a nice variety to mix up the shake monotony and I really do enjoy it. Add in some steamed veggies and a little hot sauce and it makes a decent meal!

This chicken soup is very heartwarming. I do recommend mixing it with HOT water to avoid lumps.
