The blueberry pancakes were pretty good. I prepared it as directed on the packaging. I did add a dash of cinnamon to the batter which for me added to the flavor. The only thing I would do different when I make them again is not try to divide the batter into two pancakes as displayed in the picture on the package because I do prefer a thicker pancake.

I had high hopes for this. I found it to have an after taste and was a bit too sweet for me.
I do not like artificial sweeteners so that may be why I didn’t like it. If you are used to sweeteners you may like it just fine.
