- Pour contents of package into a bowl or mug.
- Add 6-8 ounces of hot water, stir until dissolved.

This is one of my all-time favorite meal replacements. Make sure to use a fairly large bowl that is microwave safe. I use a large Corelle dish with a large lip. Learned the hard way when I put in a smaller bowl and it bubbled over in my microwave. I love adding fresh steamed broccoli at the last 30 sec. or so and topping with paprika and freshly ground pepper. Can even add some roasted chicken and you have a delicious, hearty meal!
